Virtual Power Plants 101: Unlocking Grid Resilience and Local Government Opportunities

This will be a half-day event, with the first part focused on discussing actionable steps to support the residential deployment of DERs, including technologies such as smart thermostats, rooftop solar, home batteries, and electric vehicles. The second half of the day will focus on how to support aggregations of DERs (also known as ADERs or VPPs) to enhance grid resilience.
This event will provide an excellent opportunity to connect with other local government staff working on similar initiatives.
