Texas Clean School Bus Program (TCSB) (Closes October 14, 2024)

• Replacing pre-2007, diesel-fueled school buses with buses that are the current or previous model year at the time you apply. If a bus is used under a lease or lease-purchase agreement, it only qualifies as a retrofit project.
• Purchasing and installing a retrofit system on an eligible school bus.

Emission Reduction Incentive Grants (ERIG) (Closes October 29, 2024)

The Emissions Reduction Incentive Grants Program (ERIG) provides funding to repower or replace older locomotives, marine vessels, stationary equipment, or non-road equipment to reduce nitrogen oxides (NO_X) emissions in Texas.

Texas Natural Gas Vehicle Program (TNGVGP) (Closes March 24, 2024)

The Texas Natural Gas Vehicle Grant Program (TNGVGP) provides funding to repower heavy-duty or medium-duty motor vehicles with a natural gas engine or replace vehicles with natural gas vehicles.

Seaport and Rail Yard Areas Emissions Reduction Program (SPRY) (Closes March 4, 2025) 

• Replacing or repowering drayage trucks and cargo handling equipment with newer ones.
• New vehicles and equipment must emit nitrogen oxides (NO_X) at a rate that is at least 25% less than the vehicles or equipment being replaced.
• Applicants must have owned or leased eligible vehicles and equipment for at least the two years preceding the signature date on the application.

Texas Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Program (TxVEMP) - All Electric Grant Program (Closes August 31, 2025)
